Mountain Equipment Changabang jacket after 2 years - zipper failure

Had the same thing happen with the main 2-way zip of my TNF Summit Series jacket after 3 years. I was told it was to do with the method of construction as well as the type zip used(?) Current ME Changabang jackets have a different zip construction.

A £500 jacket and that’s happens back to the manufacturer with it

Dont look Like changabang Jacket, bcause ME works with YKK AQUAGUARD zippers that here isn t it
