Can an HSN Member who bought and used this pan to grill food please answer this question?

I wonder if I buy and use the grill side of this multi function pan on my gas stove to grill a steak on low flame will it make marks and end up looking unattractive, because the grill side actually serves as the top part of this 2 piece covered mutifunction pan.
