My neice's boy friend was home alone in New Jersey and it was 300pm when he noticed a clown standing in his drive way staring at him through his large bedroom window. The clown just stared at him. After 20 minutes, he called the cops. 5 police cars came with sirens blasting and the clown ran in the woods and never was caught. This happened on later September 2023.

it was so bad that on halloween nobody would let their kids go trick or treating unless it was in a very lighted neighborhood(meaning lots of street lights), my mom didn't let me go out for 2 year that this went on also due to these clowns trying to kidnap kids.
