The emphasis of "SUCKS" is made even funnier by him glaring directly into the camera to say it.

This is incredibly humorous for several reasons:
1. The way in which he says it, “I think Coolsville SUCKS!” with so much conviction and anger.
2. The fact that, on top of his delivery of the sentence, he turns directly into the camera upon delivering it.
3. When the line is played back, he slams his head into his steering wheel in frustration and defeat, something I think most of us can relate to, at least on some level.
