We are committed to having more women on our shop floor, and step-by-step we are increasing gender diversity in our plants across the world. At some of our production sites, we even have entire manufacturing lines managed by our female colleagues.

Sapna is our shop floor worker at Manesar plant (India). She is proud to work at an ‘all-women’ line there and does not feel any difficulties to work with men on the floor. She hopes that every girl can move ahead in her career like this.
