Another note, if you are sharing your screen in something like Teams or Zoom the dark compression is pretty bad so it is much easier to see shared screens in light mode (classic)

Lots of good tips. but I don't like to use a ton of keyboard shortcuts unless it's for something I really use a lot. For most of those things I would do shift-shift and type in the name of the function. Also, if I know it's an Action, I do shift-shift and the shift+tab, shift+tab to reverse cycle through the tabs. I like to use shortcuts that work universally. So alt+left/right is great because it also works in browsers.

I don't think you have to click "Apply" every time before clicking "OK", do you?
