When you click on
Open System Restore

Choose: "Choose a different restore point"

Then click
"Show more restore points"
And click one older

Update: This process will work only if you already have the backup restore points. You can create it manually also, in my case fortunately my PC created the backup restore points by itself. Another thing is, if the restore point predates the day when you faced the problem, it will work and undo the recent system changes caused by a VIRUS on your PC. However, if the backup restore point date shown is after the date of the occurrence of your problem then unfortunately it will not work.

your first video is very helpful, but I don't understand your second video. My solution after following this video, you have to do a factory reset, select the remove everything option. After this factory reset, Windows Defender still doesn't open, the solution is to configure regedit and enter the script via powershell, then you also need to update Windows and then repair your Windows Defender

Even if your windows security shows opens it won't show virus and threat protection option. because the windows files are corrupted . Reinstalling windows is the only solution.

Do your research before downloading from sketchy websites. Yes what this guy said works but before even installing, you need to check that your system has already created restore points. If not then you need to manually create it, otherwise your system will be in trouble and this wont work.
