Many know Red meat has a reputation for being superior for building muscle, and has for thousands of years, but it true? What about health concerns? I attempt to cover that issue in this vid!

I also feel I get better results off eating red meat in comparison to other sources of protein

Someone please pass me a T-bone, I'm so sick of chicken! Oh, and give me a good cup of coffee afterwards... I'll take the "risk".

I believe man either evolved to become, or was designed to be,  an omnivore. If not, we probably would've gone extinct a long time ago.

Here's a personal observation, all of the type "A" people I know, both male & female, are meat eaters. I like your hypothesis that there is probably a synergistic nutritional benefit that comes from eating red meat that better benefits an active mind/body. I've experienced it myself. If I go too long w/out red meat, although I feel fine, I'm just not quite as strong, & seem to take longer to recover from my workouts, and I believe my diet is pretty well balanced.

Anyway, very interesting stuff.

Would be rather interesting if the higher levels of Arachidonic Acid in red meats was a major player in this given your recent video on AA.

Once saw a theory about this. -That the amino acids come pre assembled into proteins that lend them to be favored for muscle building. Put more simply, muscle protein, meat, lends itself more easily to muscle building than other protein configurations. - How ever "red meat" begs the question, then what about white meat then?! So, there we go.
