Braided Bread with cream cheese & lemon curd[Homemade bread recipe][Gourmet Apron 416]

===== Ingredients =====
-Flour 500 g
-Sugar 2 Tsp
-Warm water 40 ml
-Salt 1/4 Tsp
-Active dry yeast 1/2 Tsp
-Butter 40 g
-2 eggs+milk =330 g
-Filling
Cream cheese & lemon curd
===== Recipe =====
In a bowl, Add sugar, yeast & warm water.Let activate yeast for about 5 minutes.Mix with eggs & milk.
Put flour and salt into a large bowl and pour yeast mixture.
Mix until all dough come together.
Knead by hand few minutes.
Cover dough and keep to warm place(I keep inside of oven. just turn on the light)
Let rise until double in size about 50-60 minutes.
Stretch dough & cover dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, stretch the dough again &roll to flatten.
Make 10-12 strips each side of dough.
Place filling in middle of the dough.
Fold the end of dough & take each side of dough for braid alternately.
Place on baking pan.
Cover the dough&let it rise until double in size for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, coat some egg brush on top.
Preheat oven for 190°C or 375°F.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
