I Guess that's why they call it the Blues arranged by Band Colour Sergeant Nick West. This features our very talented vocalists Musns George Gissing & Sam McIndoe, with tenor saxophone solo from Musn Jon Park. Performed at the Mountbatten Festival of Music in the iconic Royal Albert Hall, London.

Everything in this video is stunning… the orchestra, the two vocalists (beautiful voice she has) the sax solist, and for me as trumpet player especially the screaming trumpet section at 2:51 in one word Wow….so high and accurate. Outstanding!

And....when they're not doing this, they're at university studying for a degree in music..or a masters while practising two or three instruments to perfection plus 10...or on operations driving ambulances, fire trucks or logistics vehicles. Stunningly well qualified musicians, brilliant at what they do. As a Brit, I am so proud of them.

These two have great voices, really complinent each other. Just love listening to Sam when she sings Solo, she is amazing. So are the rest of the Royal Marines Band. Have my Great Uncle's to thank for my love of the Royal Marines as they both served with them. RIP Uncle Ron.

This song is absolutely amazing and is performed in an absolutely phenomenal way by the orchestra along with the two singers. The sense of melancholy I feel that currently sets the tone for my grief of my lost daughter of four years. I shed a few tears and start to look again several times. You guys are doing it so beautifully. Thank you!

Have watched several of this couple with RM band, also the bands' more serious and ceremonial performances, simply shows how accomplished and versatile these guys are. This is true throughout all our armed forces. Must also remember that in the battlefield these guys display same duties as others and are often used as battlefield stretcher bearers. Salute them all, along with all military personnel. Read yesterday where govt is looking for further defence cuts, truly disastrous. Whether you like it or not we need a strong military presence. Those who argue against this are always the first to moan when threatened. Shame we do not have the same pride in those who lay down their lives for us as the Americans. Britain needs to stop apologising for the past and be proud. To all of you who condemn us for being racist and that there is so much wrong and unfair about this country why do you come and keep coming in your droves here? No other country is as tolerant nor ready with handouts. Do not see you heading for China etc. If you don't like us don't come, if you're here already and unhappy then hand back your benefits an clear off. Without funding you my taxes would help fund a stronger defence force.
