Unsolicited advice below-
You need a second light opposite your first. Also comforters anywhere the camera won’t see them will diminish the echo. You can also use a third light bounces off your bookshelf to back light you. It’ll just make your space sound and look more pro. Also do you have an office plant? If not get one even a faker will do

Yes, there are bad ideas. To write a story about growing up trans in a religious mostly black city in the south of the US when you are a white atheist cis person from Norway is a bad idea.
A slave owner falling in love with a slave BECAUSE the slave is a slave, black an a witch (like in siempre bruja) is a bad idea.
Having a boy fall in love with his grandfather's ex who lives in a time loop and therefore hasn't aged a day is a bad and honestly, kind of disgusting idea yet is was done in "Miss Peregrines Home for peculiar children".
Yes, it is mostly about bad execution. But there are ideas that just generally can not be done well or can not be done well by you.
