hmm..at what cost..the corporate culture that consumes 12 hours in a day--it will effectively take away the best child bearing and rearing ages of young women..unless it changes and becomes more family friendly (and maybe less productive), so be truthful about impacts-so they are willfully informed.its not just finding older women with connections to place in Board level positions then ticking the box.. something that men dey fear..hahahaha
