I’ve have this same waterpik for awhile now. I bought mine at Walmart. I got it because it was recommended after a dentist visit in 2019 to get any waterpik. I got this one because it was cordless and the cheapest. I used it on and off but not religiously. I started noticing more plague buildup around some of my teeth/gums. My parents pointed it out last month and I felt embarrassed about it. So I remembered I still had this. But didn’t remember what the two heads were for so I looked up this video. Or how to know when the device is done charging. So glad I found this video.

No charging light? Unbelievable. Also, takes forever to charge and only last a very short time. The Panasonics I've used for years works flawlessly. Money well spent.

Hi I didn’t realize you should start with low water speed first. I used it on bit higher and one area is sore and bit of pain is that normal?

I don't have a problem don't the front part of teeth..but behind my teeth.. how you recommend me to clean behind..because I don't know if I'm doing it right if that makes since.

I keep trying to remove the reservoir to clean it but it’s stuck! I pull down as hard as I can but I can’t dislodge it. Any ideas?

I just purchased model 360 + am charging it. I find it very difficult to attach the 2 parts together. After watching the video I'm afraid of snapping off the lid to the reservoir when I have to clean it. Is there an easy way to attach the 2 parts together?

I've been using 360 W/P Water Flosser for over 2 Decades. W/P Flosser is a very good Flosser.

When Flossing. I do as a Hygienist would do when cleaning my gums.

When too much liquid is about to make me gag, I have to close my mouth to let this air piece absorb all the garbage in my mouth.

I clean my gums the same way. Then I stop the W/P Flosser, and remove the excess from my mouth. Start again.

About this Black Rubber Unit on a 360 W/P Flosser, do I have to change these, and when?

I don't want to overcharge the unit. My Battery Life will be ruined.

Any ideas?
