I bought a house in the countryside of Ceglie Messapica in Puglia, Italy. It's a Trullo with 2 cones and land of 10 thousand m2. I bought in June of 2024 and will be going back and forth from the USA to work on it before the final move this year.

Interesting additions to the first impressions/purchase story by Shaun; when only one person is telling the story one often leaves out a lot of details or emotions which the other one does observe. Will you guys do some work yourself like some painting, or have everything done? I am having a debate" whether it is better to buy a slightly cheaper property then having a lot of building done or buy a slightly more expensive one which is ready to move in with minor changes needed.
