Looking at the numbers it seem like the last gen change. Ivybridge users needn't worry about rushing out to upgrade just like Sandybridge users needn't when Ivy came out. Yes it is an improvement but not a big one. I wonder if Haswell-e will be a big leap when compared to Sandy-e?

Hey! You were the one who commented on my video ^^ - Yeah, I have the i5 4430, and never had any problems with it. I bought it just half a week after haswell was released, and since then, it's been the best CPU ever! :)

Note: I used to have FX-6100, and I have noticed a HUGE increase in framerate.

may I suggest that your new motherboard consumes more energy than the old one? I see reviews with power efficiency the same as Ivy.

I find it very interesting that other reviewers are talking about the power consumption being much lower than the previous generation, and you are saying it is not the case. Yours being the retail product, I bet they have a few cherry picked samples. I don't think there's any explanation for all these different results. Plus... some of them are sponsored by Intel...

Different versions of the same CPU such i5 has 4670k and 4430, they are a variety of different models for many reasons some of these that the stock speeds of both gpu and CPU may be clocked either higher or lower for different needs. If you i5 4670 is a k model then you will easily be able to overclock your GPU frequency of your soc (CPU + GPU) in a compatible motherboards bios settings
