This short segment plays below the end credits for the Scholastic/Weston Woods film "The Scrambled States of America Talent Show". Taken from the end pages of author/illustrator Laurie Keller's hilarious book, poor Vermont finds himself unwittingly cast in the Lou Costello role of a "Who's On First"-style routine.
