To add to someones comment if you get to the step where you cant see your dedicated server from steam favorites. Close it and Open the .exe File you can find it by right clicking the game in steam and going to local files. and Run the dedicated server then you should see it in the enshrouded game server list

on the steam app i see the server and can add it to the list, have a latency measure and all. but then i cant seem to connect or see in the game the server listed.

Thanks, this was surprisingly easy with your instructions.
When port forwarding on Fios with their new router, I had to provide an original port and the port that's forwarded to, for anyone seeing this, put the same port in both, so for Enshrouded, you'd put 15636-15637 in both slots; that almost did my head in since I have 0 knowledge about servers.

Idk, but he Ignores straight the config File for the Server and stays still at Name HOST_ONLINE idk

followed your guide. I see the server in the server list everything checks out. When I type in the password and hit connect, nothing happens, no error message. Can anyone help?

Server is still not showing up in list. and when i try to direct connect to it from the steam view > game servers, it trys to launch the dedicated server to connect, and not the game.

Got my ports forwarded, firewall permission, and did everything else correctly. The server's working, i can mark it as "favorite", shows up in-game, BUT this is only working for me. My friends can't find it when marking as "favorite" in steam and also doesn't show in their game. They CAN only join when i'm in the server, and join via my username and not the server. What do i do :(

In the CMD window that pops up when you click the Launch button I keep getting-
[resource] Could not load resource cache file 'C:/Program Files . error=file not found
I have reinstalled it twice and have done verify files multiple times and still get this error!

The port for server - is it the IP4 address in ipconfig or copy the exact one in video?
