Cool method👍, I have seen people do this with blending modes and even roto scoping but I think this method works pretty well and it's quick if you can isolate ur subject well from background

Got it to work... couple tips - shoot at a higher frame rate to avoid blurry frames... and make sure the subject you want to freeze is easy to do so by making sure the background/subject contrasts with each other and doesn't blend in too much
