I'm starting to think that even in Moscow the most unpleasant people are the ones who ride their electric scooters among passers-by.

don't try this in a big city in the US--you would be walking over a number of homeless people and tents on the sidewalk.
But hey, they should be happy they live in the self-proclaimed "richest country in the history of humankind"
