Make Your Own Cincinnati Chili - AKA Skyline Chili

I became a fan of Skyline chili when I was trapped in the Dayton, Ohio are in the early and mid 2000's. Im fact, I am a Skyline Ambassador. That simply means I ate a lot of it... LOL. But I got a t-shirt for my efforts and my picture on the wall. It's a bit different as chili goes. And it is eaten differently as well. For a while I was ordering cans of it online, but it soon became cost prohibitive. So now I make my own version. It isn't exactly the same, but it comes pretty close. Chili, always a must have during chilly weather! Easy to follow recipe too! I also add garlic and onions for flavor. I do have them with red beans with white rice on the side. I also make a salad mixture of chopped red onions, scallions, cilantro and garlic with abit of Italian dressing. Will definitely give it a try over spaghetti. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Billy!!! Oh I bet that chili makes your house smell soo good! Who would of thought to put chili on top of noodles, that is pretty cool. It looks really great too, with the cheese on top! That is an interesting recipe!!! I can’t imagine beans with All Spice and Cloves. And I prefer pinto or black beans over kidney beans. Looks delicious
