Russia launches 'full-scale' invasion of Ukraine

Ukraine says its cities are under attack by Russia as Sky News hears explosions in Kyiv and Kharkiv.

The country's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said: "Putin has just launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
