"Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron, and I help people expand their consciousness. In this video, I'll be showing you how to change your frequency to match the reality you prefer to experience. I know this video sounds a little bit woo-woo, but even the word frequency can kind of bring up some type of mystical-type vibe, but understand frequency can be used in kind of like a symbol. It's a symbol that shows who we're being in the present moment. Based upon the emotional states that we're in, the way that we define ourselves, the beliefs that we have about who we are, those all contribute to the frequency of who we are being. We can understand that if there's some probability that we want to experience, we must match it at a vibrational level in order to perceive of it. I've used this analogy as well in a prior video. Think of it in the form of radio waves. Think of a radio. We tune the radio to a specific station. Maybe it's 98.2 FM, and the radio waves exist at the same moment, but what the radio does is it picks up that channel, that frequency, and then we could hear it.

"In the same way, it's about realizing that whatever reality we want to experience exists right now in this moment, and that's why a lot of times I talk about parallel realities on understanding that anything we can possibly imagine exists right now, in this moment, because the only moment that does exist is now. When we change who we are being, how we define ourself to be, and our emotional state of being, we then start to shift to what we want to experience. Realizing that whatever we want to experience exists right now in this moment, it's simply about matching the vibration, the frequency of that reality. Understand there are two or three different things that really have a lot of power over our frequency of what we're putting out, and one of them is our state of being. How are we being in the present moment? Any time that we feel resistance, any time things aren't going the way we want, we start to create resistance around ourselves. A lot of times that resistance will then blind us towards seeing opportunities that could bring in what we want to experience, that could almost lead us to the next step towards getting closer.

"When we learn how to modify our state of being simply by choosing to be who we prefer to be in the present moment, choosing to let go of the labels of the moment not being what we prefer, choosing to become more present to the moment, that's when we start to embody more of who we're meant to be. It's about being present to the moment, not being identified with the future, because if we think that the reality we want to experience is in the future, because the only moment that does exist is this moment right now, it will continue to perpetuate. Something will get in the future. That future will never come. We need to already feel like we have what we want to experience. If we are to imagine the perfect version of ourself and what we would be doing, the imagination is what connects us to that probable future. Then what we do is we begin to put ourselves in the present moment right now, into that energy state of being.

"We can do that by simply loosening up, not taking the process so seriously. We can do that with imagining and just simply defining that that is who we are now in the present moment, and as we do this more and more, we start to condition ourselves to become more of that. You see, a lot of who we are in the present moment is coming from prior conditioning, because it's been repetitive. We have identified ourself in a certain way over and over again. We think similar thoughts over and over again, but when we instead of going back to that autopilot, we insert how we prefer to be, and we let go of all that, then we start to become and embody who we prefer to be. All we have to do to do that is to simply define ourselves in the present moment as already being where we want to be, of knowing that everything is unfolding in the way it's supposed to be, and as we imagine the perfect reality that we want to experience, as we connect ourselves to that by embodying the behaviors, by matching the beliefs of that, we start to become it more and more.
