If you think about it, everything Shifu told the Furious five to be, Tai Lung already was. Everything they tried to One-Up him. He easily overcame it, Ferocity, Subtlety, Height, Speed And Strength

This really just goes to show how Po is so much more different than any of the furious five, Tai and Shifu he didn't need an EXACT fighting style he simply just used his body and what he learned from his time as a noodle boy and some training with shifu. Everything the Furious Five tried failed because Tai could easily one up them Tai however couldn't one up the complete randomness and pure defense of Po

UGH you made me want to revisit this movie again 😩😩 also Tai Lung was a unit and every time he appeared on screen, the entire mood of that movie just SHIFTED. 10 year old me didn’t know how to handle it
