Super form and those back rolls into a pistol squat were insane. Just shows you dont have to be jacked and massive to be seriously strong and powerful

This is so, so helpful. Thank you so much. I’m just learning about eccentric training as I have an under active thyroid and even though I was cycling 13 miles a day 5 days a week, I wasn’t losing any weight. Looking into exercises that increase metabolism I’ve found out about this, so I’m hoping this will do the trick! Thanks again!

Just discovered this post - And a recent presentation by Chris Beardsley showed that in elderly people coordination of eccentric muscle force is improved only after performing eccentric-only muscle training. Excellent demonstration.
