Definitions :-
Heterocyclic compounds - These are those cyclic compounds which contain atleast one different atom than carbon in a ring.
The atom which present in cyclic ring other than carbon is known as heteroatom.

Most common heteroatom used are Nitrogen (N), Oxygen (O), Sulphur (S)

Eg. Pyrrole, Furan and Thiophene

Pyrrole - It is five membered heterocyclic compounds coontainig nitrogen (N ) as a heteroatom.

Furan - It is five membered heterocyclic compounds coontainig Oxygen (O) as a heteroatom.

thiophene - It is five membered heterocyclic compounds coontainig Sulphure (S) as a heteroatom.

In Furan..All ring atoms (4 C +1 O) are Sp^2 hybridised, because of Oxygen have a Lone pair

Sir in pyridine there is no involvement of loan pairs, hence it should be less basic
So, pyrrole os more basic than pyridine..as pyrrole loan pairs are involved in resonance
