Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees return to terrorize the teenage population. Except this time, they're out to get each other, too. The film is a crossover between the A Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th franchises. It is the eighth and eleventh entries in their respective series, pitting Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees against each other. The film is also the final one in each franchise, excluding the 2009 and 2010 remakes.

I remember burning this trailer onto a VCD so I could bring it to school since the school blocked the website hosting it. My computer teacher came up behind us while we were watching it. I thought I was about to get intro trouble, but instead he asked to watch it from the beginning, watched it, said it looked good, then told us to get back on task.

I saw this trailer before The Matrix Reloaded (Regal Cinemas, MacArthur Center, Norfolk, VA). Everyone in the theater cheered and applauded when Freddy and Jason faced each other at 0:31.

Man I remember watching this trailer like 10 times daily when it came out. Then 17 years ago to the day I finally went to see it with like 8 friends. The theater was LIT. Half was team Freddy and half Jason. It was so awesome.
