Самый проветриваемый дом в мире элементарно в рамы окон не вставлены прокладки. Стыки тоже без прокладок ветрозащиты нет никакой. Я такой дом сейчас ребенку построил в огороде для игр и то там предусмотрел элементарную обработку дерева в процессе постройки. А это для взрослых и просто коробка из досок.

Put raw concrete at bottom of post hole, do not add water ! Put mixed concrete over raw concrete!
This way the water from mix will cause the raw concrete to form a barrier without holding water against your wood post !a cup with a leaky bottom but its a good berrier for bugs and such !😊

Id advise California corners in framming, steal from floor to bottom plate and a double top plate with steal to roof joists.
The wind will destroy the roof on unsupported edges !
And window installation will in time force the window to fail !
Installed wrong without proper support or shimmying, the winow opening needs room to move without breaking glass !
AND ITS GOING TO BE COLD AND WONT HOLD HEAT IN WINTER !
Not trying to be negative, the California corners and shearing and stean brackets on top and bottom plates is major important!
If the front and back wall (held together by only nails) seperate from side walls the shearing will fail and a domino effective collapse will happen from weight of roof !
