Rishi, I suggest you make video of you teaching Nisha some Chinese / Urdu / English. Your nieces are good people but there is a narrative now that you don’t educate your daughter as much as them, especially Chen Yanan. She’s been great for Nisha and you, but the people are crediting Nisha’s speech advancement to only your niece. Of course this isn’t fair and untrue. You spend all day with your daughter, while Yanan is around a few hours a day to make videos. Some even think you hinder Nisha because they lie about how lazy you are. Let them know the truth.

Rishi, At some points you got to take the responsibility for cooking, as your parents in law are quite older and they are well over 70s. From now on you do need to start to learn how to cook a Chinese meal, it will be a challenge for you.  


Cooking is a fun and it is an endless fun, once you are into it you will enjoy it.  

More importantly, cooking is very important in keeping the marriage going and keep the family happy.
