5:58 - Korean Air is a nice airline and I have flown it twice to Asia. My flights usually land in Inchon, Korea. It DOES fly over eastern Russia - I have a picture of it. I supposed they have an agreement to do it but always have it in my mind if an incident could happen like in 1983. The pic I have of Russia is from probably 40, 000 feet and the Russian frontier goes for miles and miles, no road, no towns - rough wilderness is all it is as far as you can see.
