I don't use a capo I just alternate the tuning depending on which fret. Or if I want to play a lower octave I tune the other way

I was wondering if you could please do a tutorial for the song "Chasing Cars" by Snow Patrol please? My boyfriend sang this song for me one day and ever since I've fallen in love with it. I kinda consider it "our song". His birthday is coming up next month and I wanted to do something special by playing him something on my uke. There are a couple of tutorials here on YouTube by a couple other people but your way of teaching makes learning songs very simple and easy to understand! Could you please please teach me (and all of YouTube) how to play it? Thank you.
