Our "dear" neighboors... the instrument used in the song is not exactly the duduk. Its balaban, which is the national Azerbaijani folk instrument. It's quite normal that the way it sound and even the shape may resemble your duduk. For centuries our nations were living close to each other (geographically) and for this reason the influence to each others' cultures in my point of view was inevitable. We can argue for days about these things and we will never arrive to the consensus! So let's listen to this beautiful song and enjoy the contest.
