Such a wonderful piece of music. There’s something magical about that final section— the melody played without any bass or accompanying notes; the guitar just singing the melody sadly by itself, followed by a chord. Then it happens again— the melody, followed by a chord, and again and again, descending note by note each time until it finally reaches the bittersweet resolution.

You're phrasing is just unbelievably good. You play music the way I hear it. Thank you.

I like your interpretation, very elegant with just the affect it needs, not much but at the right places. Many guitarists realize the chords with the thumb, witch is not a bad idea but often with not enough control of the tone and dynamic of all the notes of the chord, especially the last one ! I am pleased to see that I am not alone realizing them with p, i, m, a 🙂 Thank you for posting the video and bravo !

Lento, contemplativo, interpretação com sentimento!

Absolutely beyond beautiful. Maestro may you continue sharing with us your beautiful talent via you tube. This guitar would make L.S. Weiss guitar transcriptions sound beautiful. Have you done any recordings of Weiss lute suites? Thank you kindly.

I thought this work is a bit boring. But after this performance I think I was wrong. Thank you for your interpretation.

Brilliant and sublime. Reminds us all of the importance of nuance and understatement. Just when I was losing hope for the classical guitar.

Nichola Perron!
Je t’avais déjà entendu jouer «  Solemne «  de Barrios Mangore ( the best i ever seen)
Bravo 👍🎼🎼🎄🎄🎄

Sounds very good! Along with this, it should be noted that the composer wrote "f" in the second movement. He dedicated it to Bach and, also, the composer himself has a rather assertive sounding style.
