I always don't want to get into big4 everyone told you cleared CA in 1st attempt go into big4 but my heart said No i didn't knew the reason at that time but now it feels my heart was right.... Let's pledge with ourself we will take care of our health not for ourself but for our parents.. May her soul rest in peace in heaven which she didn't got here❤❤❤

icai should take action on these activites they have made professional ethics guideliines for professional misconduct then why not something for mistreatment of employees

My daughter recently quit from ACCENTURE for the same reason. We reported to the their HR. Continuing at the same company after complaining would be disastrous. So I advised my daughter to quit!!

Has anyone thought, if she was not a CA and was not part of a Big 4 company, would this news be out, or in financial terms what would be the value of the same news. Please think and do not glorify any profession. Job is a job respect all jobs.

I am just Bsc. IT and working in IT from last 9 year's as SE, having very good package, many benifits and work life balance whereas my sister completed CA with lot of stress and shes not even paid enough and she had to resign her first job due to work pressure, for those students having aspiration is to become CA think wise IT is best all time best even finance staff in our company has deadly workpressure than us

There should be strick laws related to work and working hours of employees and icai should take it seriously..in corporate world says that employees are assests of the company but it limited to only on paper not in real life

Even corporates don't even care for health!
They offer unhealthy foods pizza, colddrink, oily spicy foods....
Some people just end up consuming them because obviously they are hungry after workload 😢
Corporate should also provide health check-up, good food if employee is overworking
