Finally people with bright rooms were heared. It is mindboggling that so many people are able to ignore all the sharp reflections. I am pretty sure not so many ppl do have dark cinema rooms at home. Most people just dont realize that the best picture is useless with reflections. Most TVs are more like mirrors than anything else, most anti-glare coatings are more like a marketing gag, if you can see yourself clearly in your TV in summer it is joke, but not a good TV

I want to know if the video processing of the s95/s90D is better than that of the s95/s90C. And I’d like a comparison of the S95D and S90D—is the only significant difference the matte screen covering and OneConnect box? If so, especially since (as you say) a sound-bar is pretty much necessary, this could be a great way to save some money towards an upgrade in four or five years…

The lack of Doblby Vision and DTS support rules Samsung TV's out for me.
Plus having just rejected an LG C3 Oled for panel failure i don't want another Oled
The greyscale performace was poor with dark patches and banding.
I am waiting for reports on the new Sony Mini-Led models, yes there are expensive
but i don't change my TV every year, so i can wait a while and see if the prices drop.

Samsungs quality control and service is so horrendous that it doesn't matter how good their displays are. The moment you have an issue, welcome to the nightmare

Not one comment about the lack of Dolby Vision. People are starting to realize that HDR10+ is just better all around.
