I've been 5 years a software engineer and practicing leet code overtime just make me more crazy since when we stuck we just memorize the solution. But, you know, many companies use leet code for interview process.

I don’t leetcode, but I feel like it’s useful for one thing: it hammers down DS & Algorithm concepts which we spend a lot of time on in college studying these topics. Everywhere I’ve read, they all say to master the basics and foundations of DS & Algorithms…. So to play devils advocate, I’d think it’s worth it to do them.


Now, I should follow what I said up there and start doing leetcode.

Being a recent cs grad it sucks that a lot of tech focused companies laser onto lc and its alternatives. Unfortunately until HR or management realize that lc type questions aren’t the best way to evaluate an applicants programming/problem solving skills it won’t be going away anytime soon.

I think leetcode does help and most probably oops concepts are really important for software roles

I agree with you, it is only good for getting prepared to crack technical interviews of big MNCs.
