Wow Mr. Eric Roberson, I have never had that one in my life, I am a 49 soon to be 50 yr single father of a 20 yr daughter and a 14 yr son. I to have looked to the sky so many times with tears streaming, asking the question, am I not meant to experience the true love of another? Is it not meant for me? And why not? I'm the type that experiences and love music on a profound and spiritual level. I believe its the universal language we should all communicate in. We found each other again in the spring of 2017. We got engaged on December 31, 2019. The Pandemic shut down wedding plans. We planned to get married finally on December 31, 2021. He planned to sing this to me at our wedding. He transitioned on October 23, 2021. He gave me the best years of my life. Eric sang this Sunday night at the Music Box in Cleveland OH with me sitting at his feet at the edge of the stage. The tears streamed down my face and my heart was full because in my mind I didn't hear Eric I heard my love, Michael's scratchy voice sing to me. RIH love.
