Hello! I did this for last year too and thought I'll update the series with the new current performances from the Eurovision 2023!
I'll present you my rankings of the entries from all the countries currently participating in the Eurovision Song Contest from 2010 onwards.
I'm excited for this journey and I hope you are too!
This time I'll try to almost uplodad daily so we're through in around a month. As I have the most snippets cutted already, this won't be as much work as the last time :)

Romania didn't compete in Eurovision 2016 due to the non-payment of debts totalling CHF 16 million during ESC 2016. They picked an entry that was supposed to go and it was already confirmed on the Eurovision Channel (you can see the nf performance there). So I wanted to include it in this top. In general I have to say, that Romania is a powerhouse (or was a powerhouse 😣) that often gets underrated and especially the nqs in 2019 & 2021 made me very sad :( what do you think about Romania's Eurovision Entries? :)

My top 14 of Romania 🇷🇴 in Eurovision (2010-now):
14: 2018: this is bad. I like nothing about this and it goes nowhere for me. 3/10.
13: 2019: the performance of this just didn’t work. Nothing about it stands out as a performance. I like the song itself but the performance leaves is much to be desired. 5/10.
12: 2023: this is a great song in the studio cut but damn the live performance is rough. He really should have had more funding. If he had and wasn’t treated so badly by TVR he could have had a good performance that could have saved him from last with 0 points. The live performance is just hard to sit through knowing what surrounded it and just the awkwardness of it I guess. 5/10.
11: 2021: same thing with 2019 but the song is better. 5.5/10.
10: 2015: this is sweet. I love the lyrics and the theme they have. It is well-performed as well. It is pleasant. There is nothing wrong with it but there is nothing about it that stands out loads. 6.5/10.
9: 2014: the performance is fantastic vocally and good overall. This is a good song as well. There is nothing outstanding about the song though tbh. 7/10.
8: 2012: the performance is great as is the song. I do feel like the atmosphere is there live but I do feel like all the instruments being there do make it a little cheesy but I don’t mind. The song is also a great mix of Spanish and English and so catchy. 8.5/10.
7: 2016: this song is amazing. It sounds like a movie soundtrack song in the best way possible. If it wasn’t for financial issues would’ve loved to see it go ahead. 8.5/10.
6: 2020: this song is better than Amnesia for me. Her vocals are great and the song hits. I love its mellow approach as well. 8.5/10.
5: 2011: this is just such a happy, catchy and feel-good song and I love it. The lyrics, sound and performance are just so sweet and never fail to make me smile. 9/10.
4: 2022: amazing song and performance and a really cute and talented performer to top it off who ended up sing last years Andrew Lambrou (my crush). The song is so catchy and the performance is just so Spanish and I love it. 9/10.
3: 2013: this is iconic. Love his voice and the performance is just bonkers in the best way possible. 10/10.
2: 2010: this is perfection. The performance is iconic and the song is amazing. 10/10.
1: 2017: this is amazing and a banger. Everything about this is perfection. 10/10.
Romania 🇷🇴 are great at ESC. They almost always send amazing songs and iconic performances. I love to see them there every year even when they are not in their best shape (mostly due to TVR not trying). I hope TVR does better in the future because they deserve good acts with good songs and performances as any county would. I hope they get themselves together and become the powerhouse they once were again.
