This version of the song just gives me overwhelming chills. After my manic episode in the fall, I listened to this song on repeat non stop for three days in a row, and then they put me back in the hospital for a month, but I printed the lyrics and you were with me the entire time. I have never felt more seen by a song.

Edit: because people are taking offense, I want to make it clear that I am in no way saying how he feels or the meaning behind his song is fake. By acting, I mean being able to demonstrate his emotions on camera. He has the ability to convey messages clearly(though he says acting is really hard for him in other videos, specifically “The Book of You & I”) and I am proud to be a fan.
