in all your 4000watts, 48v inverters, what are your primary and secondary guage and also the corresponding turns you used?

Are you using a Mosfet driver like a IR2104 , or did you design your own discrete high current one ? Are you using a series resistor on the gate ?

Hello my question is not coming under your construction. Now I bought the Chinese inverter driver board with Egs002 module with 12 big size translators HY 4008 transistors. And it's rated 1500 watts. But we only loaded 200watts, 100w TV, fan 50 watts and six led bulbs each 12 watts. The inverter board hasn't a Totem pole transistors driver. It was without this. But one side of the heat sink was overheating, especially one of the the two alternatives that goes to the transformer input. My big and experienced Technicians, why this? Only those 3 transistor on that Heat Sink was heating quickly. I try to run grinding tool of 850 watts, it runs but output voltage went down to 180 to 150 volts A.C. But with 650 watts drilling tool, output voltage maintained. So this inverter cannot run 1000w loan constant because 850w load is falling. Please Engineer, can you please help contribute to my problem. Let your platform be my learning school, thanks my brother, May Allah increase your business

From what I see the data sheet say the power dissipation is 370 watt and you have 16 fet that’s 5950watt and 800 watt is losses you get 5000watt of power available to you so I don’t see why you get 1900 watt of losses
