This was the best madden of all them all, a perfect blend of the old mechanics and the new mechanics. Everything was brand new, I think EA tries a little too hard nowadays.

I draw the line at 17 as the last decent one, 18...was kinda sorta EH to me. Beginning of the end cause of the switch from Ignite which was physics based to Frostbite which is where it has stayed.

The funny thing about several of the John Madden games the past few years, whenever you would play the Patriots, you never had Bill Belichick but Griffin Murphy in all of them and he always looked the same in all of the Maddens 🤣

I feel like Madden 18 was a decent game. It looked good and while still scripted, was still fun to play. Shame they disabled the servers :(

I have Madden 18 on Xbox One disc and to me it's the best Madden yet not because of graphics because of the gameplay in the transitions.
