I let the bottles rest for two weeks at room temp and later chilled them to 40 F. The first bottle consumed had excellent carbonation. But as the days passed by, the carbonation levels started to drop. Should I continue to let them rest in room temp and chill them only when I am ready for consumption?

Thanks so much for the videos they are very encouraging. I feel like to start making my own beer right now but I don't know where to get the ingredients and the equipment in my Own Country here in Cameroon, do you have any idea on what I can do?

Can you drink direct from the bottle because you used the second bucket? Or do you need to pour it slowly into a glass?

Bottled 5 days ago. Any tips on signs of carbonation I can look out for? They seem to look exactly the same at day 1! 🤣
