A private business has a RIGHT to enforce their rules, including the dress code. If she can’t follow the rules then she doesn’t deserve the job, period. Don’t be lying that you were fired because so and so doesn’t like BLM - like any workplace you need to stay professional and keep your opinions to yourself.
