Somehow, no matter how carefully I try to close out tabs/apps, iPhone is always losing power due to open tabs. So I tried this, from what I *thought* was a fresh start, with NO open tabs and then opening 4 tabs at random. Tried this method and found there were *32 TABS OPEN.* I will now do this every night. Thank you!

Is it possible to ‘Lock’ tabs in the safari browser so that users don’t swipe them away by accident?

Yes I am aware that I can retrieve tabs by long pressing the plus button and clicking on the recent history.

I tried this one time and it worked, but later I went to do it again, but I saw other things there to look at on the phone and it totally messed it up. I no longer get that message about # of tabs open and if I want to close them. When I touch the tab you mentioned, I get a privacy report instead. I would love to know how to get it back to its original place. I tried a factory reset or some such thing and it didn't help
