Only because of depreciation write offs ending
But you can reset that by 1031 exchanging between two (or more) LLC you own. Reset the depreciation clock.

1. Immediate cash flow from rental revenue.
2. Immediate tax deduction from depreciation of the physical building.
3. Over time, appreciation of the market value of the property.
4. Over time, pay-down of the mortgage principal.
5. Potential for cash-out refinancing for future purposes.
