MASSIVE Squid Game Dalgona Challenge (1 hour limit)

Who didn't want to try Squid Game's Dalgona Candy Challenge after seeing the episode?!
After a full day in the Kitchen, we were able to make a MASSIVE 2.5 Dalgona Candy that looked half-way decent. With only 1 hour to carve out the shape, can I survive this challenge?

I'm going to take a guess and say the reason they cracked so easily is because once you added the baking soda, you waited to long and stirred it too much. The purpose of the baking soda is to make it airy and light, but when both of the ones you used cracked open, it appeared solid, so it was more like a hard candy.
