- low pensions
- high age for retirement, 65
- no qualified and unqualified workforce
- high renting and housing costs because older people don't sell usually their housing so much, they rent
- life with parents until 33 years of age on average
- corruption, nepotism and populism
- long waiting lines for basic medical examinations

The best example is what I'm doing today, I'm laying ceramic tiles in my apartment. Why, because I'm handyman? No. I have my own IT company but there is just not any qualified workers in my hometown anymore. At best I can search for them at least 6 months for simplest work like tiles, walls or basic construction work.

You guys should start buying power tool asap and learn how to build things.
