I stood in line for 3hrs to get a much needed extension paper.
Finally, I get to the window, lady tells me sorry can't help you! You gave to call blah, blah, to have them send you one.
Long story short (I was leaving the country and needed this paper) still lady said, no.
Lady next to her opened her desk drawer and handed me the paper I needed.
First, Lady was just being rude/nasty!
