Tomorrow, when India gets to where China is now, the same NATO will turn around to try and contain India. This kind of unnecessary strife should be rejected. No country or region should be an area of influence to another. All mankind deserves to be at the same level of development and prosperity.

No no please, don'tget it wrong! In this case, NATO is not looking for either new members nor partners; but territories to fight the coming war with China away from it's own territory. Meaning, protecting its people and making other people(partners, friends) suffer on its behalf. Such as in Ukraine.

Why is there no mention of that the West refuses to sell weapons to India and reacted negatively when India obtained nuclear weapons capability and only accepted it because the West needed India’s help post 911? There’s a reason why India military has so much Russian equipment. I highly doubt any Indian administration will want to cozy up with NATO that is tantamount to giving up India’s national security given the history.

The problem with Asian countries is that, whenever one of these countries gets some power or becomes developed, they become headstrong and start to compete with countries in their own region. The West knows this weakness in Asians. The West always plays a collective game by resolving small disputes among themselves and thriving toward a common goal. That's why they are successful. Throughout history, Asians became colonized because of the divide and conquer method used by the West, but still, Asians are falling into their trap. If all the Asian countries can come together by resolving small disputes among themselves, then that will become the strongest and most intelligent alliance in world history. The Western media creates solidarity among them, while the Asian media further creates divisions among them. When will they ever learn... When will they ever learn?
