There is a very slick alternative way to deal with this, using principle of inclusion and exclusion, this can be seen as a situation in which we have 5 sets of 10 boxes each and we have to put 1 ball in exactly one box of each set, hence this will be the PIE for the situation, so the answer could directly be said to be 10^5

Uts basically (10C1)^5= 10^5

My thought is that this situation is similar to a situation where u pick 5 cards out of 50 cards of 5 suits each such that u get atleast 1 card of each type now u can convert this into a grouping situation and man u get the same ans!!!!

Ho gya tha bhaiya... Bas woh raise to the power 5vi karna hoga vul gya tha.... Thora time lga kyunki x^10 dimaag mein nhi aa rha tha.. Baaki approach pta tha... Allen ke module mein illustration mein bhi aisa hi ek sawaal hai..
