How To Set Up Irvine32 Library

I am using the Irvine32 bit library made by Kip Irvine.
Throughout my videos, I will be using his book called "Assembly Language for x86 processors: Seventh edition"

The author frequently updates his website so the link for the Irvine32 lib may be in a different area.

My experience; MAKE SURE TO MOVE THE IRVINE FOLDER TO THE C DRIVE.
My paths were messed up because I had the Irvine folder on my desktop(like my prof told me to).

Thanks for this video, it cleared up those initial problems. For some reason, when I start without debugging, a console window will not pop up. I've checked that my linker subsystem is set to Console.

I did all the steps, installed Irvine32, included all the paths but why Windows Defender keeps detecting the asm file as Trojan ?
